The 21010 has the AV selector auxiliary input, so even if a vehicle's head unit does not, users can add an external audio device such as a digital audio mp3 player or even a satellite radio tuner to the system, with an independent volume control and an A/B input select switch right on the front panel. This is very handy indeed.
The 21010 is a five band equalizer, with bands at 250Hz, 600Hz, 1,500Hz, 4,000Hz, and 10,000Hz. It easily adjusts frequency and Q for precise control. Its frequency response is from 20Hz to 30,000Hz, and the signal-to-noise ratio is 106dB. An EQ defeat switch lets users easily check to make sure they are making a true improvement to the sound.
There are high- and low-pass filters for all inputs (front, rear, and subwoofer), and the 21010 eq has a turn on delay adjustable from 0 to 4 seconds to prevent unwanted pops and hits from getting to the speakers.  Please e-mail our Returns Department at sales@caraudiofield.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when asking for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
 
 All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns will be subject to replacement charges on missing items.
 
 You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; and on your replacement or exchange item(s).
 Car Audio Field strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
 
 If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Car Audio Field to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Car Audio Field immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Car Audio Field of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

 Returns can be returned directly to Car Audio Field within 20 days from the invoice date, at Car Audio Field's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
